Lost Engagement/Wedding Ring

Lost many years ago, not even sure what happened to it. Back around when it was bought in 2015 then it would’ve probably cost $4,000-$5,000 Scott Kay Heavens Gate double band 14K white gold size 7-71/2. Last time I saw it I had it in my ring box with my name engraved on it. I know you mostly deal with rings lost at the beach but not sure how to go about trying to find it. If you can’t help I completely understand just figured it would be worth a try. Thanks.
