Thank You Michael for finding my families lost wedding rings, as you know my mother passed away 8 years ago and the last few days have been mentally devastating after the loss of the rings. I didn't know underwater metal detecting was even a thing and I seen your youtube videos. It's amazing how many people you help. Thank you Simon
Michael Oliver you Legend
I was unfortunate enough to lose an 18ct gold with 1.5cts of diamonds on our 14 acre property while working!!!! Mind you the area I lost it was probably about 2 acres, long grass and a lot of tree branches! My husband had given it to me for our 20th wedding anniversary 6 mths prior! I was beside myself. Somebody suggested I hire a metal detector or 4! I put a post on our local Facebook marketplace, and Kyle replied within the hour. He basically said he was around where our property was, and was more than happy to come by and take a look! Kyle and his gorgeous wife arrived with 2 metal detectors and a wealth of experience and knowledge. They literally covered every square cm of the area I’d been working in. 3 hours later, I’d given up hope. Kyle said he’d go for one last look, and off he went. Much to my absolute astonishment and absolutely delight, he was successful! He never gave up, and was genuinely almost as happy as I was! I literally almost passed out with shock…..I thought it was gone forever!!! Kyle and Milli were so enthusiastic and caring! I cannot recommend Kyles incredible service if you ever find yourself in a situation with a piece of lost jewellery or something of sentimental value! 10/10 for service with a smile and a passion for helping!!! Thank you so so much Kyle and Milli!!!
Found, 18c bangle with 1.5c of diamonds
This truly was an unbelievable recovery. We live in AZ and the rings had been lost on the course for almost 3 weeks, there was a lot of doubt, but I had to try. I kept thinking, a year from now, if I don’t at least give it my best shot, I would still wonder, what if? I am still in shock that we found them. When I look at them, it is with joy like never before. Thank you Jeff Morgan for agreeing to help us…..a 6 hour round trip in the car, and nearly 6 hours of searching. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Hey mate, here is my review for you: I lost my ring in the ocean ant Wattamolla Beach and thought it was gone forever. However some people close by told me about Michael Oliver’s metal detecting service, so I thought I’d give him a call right away. He answered my first call, made arrangements to come immediately to meet us, and was clear on his pricing. Stormy weather made the first dive unsuccessful, but Michael remained positive and returned the next day. I’m glad he did, because he found my ring. Michael was genuinely pleased to have helped me get my ring back, and I never felt he was trying to play on sentiment to make money. He is friendly, positive and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Would totally recommend Michael Oliver
Amazing service Michael

Was nun?

On a day when I was very busy with my outrigger canoe tours at the beach I lost my I Phone somewhere between the sand and the water. When I realized that I lost it, it was too late to turn the tour around. It was an hour long tour. During the hour long tour I was trying to figure out how I would explain the loss of my second phone to my wife. Lucky for me Paul was on the beach with his metal detector and he found my phone right away and he didn't even ask for payment but I am indebted to him for saving my day. Thank you, Terrence
Terrence lost his business I Phone in the water at a large beach.
Jeff was our ring finding hero!! After losing my engagement ring in our yard days after the proposal, I discovered Jeff through the ring finders website. He was so reassuring and kind and came to our house the same day I called. Using his expertise and tools he found the ring, buried in wood chips, within 30 minutes! My fiancé and I are amazed and so deeply grateful for his help. Carolyn - Shoreline, WA

I was tagged on a social media thread about a lost wedding band. Sven and his partner had been working in the garden cleaning up the Fall leaves and getting ready for Spring planting when one of their matching wedding bands went missing. A beautiful Titanium/Platinum band that was exchanged by the newlyweds just months ago. Turned out to be a short hunt, but gratifying just the same. "We found the ring. Thank you to Terry Smith for coming today to help us find the ring. Took him 2 min and we found it in a bag of leaves!!!! We are so delighted to having found it."
Another Callout, Another Happy Return!
Jeff, All I ever wanted was just to find my phone, even in the condition you found it in. Now I can have closure and not be stuck. I can move on now. I am so grateful for your help. Lost My Phone Mill Creek, WA

I am an I.B.E.W. Journey Lineman, working a 220kv Transmission line in the hills above Fillmore, Ca. On 4-2-2020 we were in the process of Dead-Ending the new conductors we had recently strung in by pressing the Dead-End bodies with a 60T hydraulic press when the top die slid out of the press and fell 100’ to the ground. Despite watching it fall all the way, and knowing where it hit, the ground help was unable to locate the die. We resumed work with another set and 10 minutes later, another die slides out of the press. I didn’t see it fall, but it bounced 3 times off the tower before hitting the ground and no one saw where it went. It’s not so much the cost of replacing the dies, but the fact that they are 6-8 weeks out (or longer because we are in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic) for replacement, and we now only have 2 sets of dies for the entire job. After pondering buying a Metal Detector myself, I decided to find a professional. After about 30 minutes of internet searching, I came across The Ring Finders and David Mac Donald. It was 9:40 pm on a Sat. night and I pondered texting him so late, but I only had about a 4hr. window on Sun. mornig to search before a weeks worth of rain set in and makes access to the structure impossible for next 7-10 days, so i texted him. He immediately texted me back, and was more than happy to help out, and full of questions. What are we looking for?, How big of a search area?, What are they made of?, Can I supply another one to ping his detector with?, and How early do you want to meet? We met at 7am, and by 7:45 we were at the search area. It only took about 3-4 minutes to find the 1st die. Even though my guys had dug and pulled up weeds and bushes, it was still burried another 3-4” just from the shear impact from that height. The seach area for the other die, I figured could be about a 50-100’ dia. area around the tower as I had no idea what direction it went when it bounced off the tower. So we said a little prayer, and with his good nature and positive attitude, It took David about another hour of searching in a grid pattern,( working his way out on a pretty steep, overgrown hillside, most of the time holding onto the brush with one hand to maintain balance), when he hit pay dirt. He found it about 6’ from the opposite tower leg and still about 3” deep. I can’t say Thank You enough, But I will spread the word nation wide in our industry of how useful your services are.
