My husband lost his gold wedding ring while snorkeling in Kapalua Bay in an area pretty far off the shore with a lot of rocks and coral. My husband searched for half an hour and wasn’t able to find it. The nice guys at the Montage beach rental hut recommended we call Dave. My husband was skeptical it would be found, but I was hopeful after reading so many of Dave’s awesome reviews! Dave came out the next morning and found it within 45 minutes of meeting us! Pretty miraculous considering it was lost so far out in the bay where everything looks the same. So relieved and thankful- honeymoon saved!

I am in absolute disbelief, Dave is a miracle worker!! I lost my engagement ring a couple feet into the water at low tide and looked around for an hour with goggles unable to find it. My husband called Dave the next morning and he came out right away with a water proof metal detector scanning around where I lost it. He found it within 30 minutes!!! I had already grieved it as gone forever - my great grandma’s engagement ring that had been in my family for 120 years - and he found it!!! I am so so grateful to Dave! Such a nice person and so incredibly good at his job!!!

Jeff was very professional, consultative and well organized - and he found our sixteen year old daughter's gold pendant in Lake Washington. Thank you Jeff! The longer story. My sixteen year old daughter lost her pendant off a dock in Lake Washington - the necklace snapped and the pendant slipped through the slats on the dock. The pendant was a birthday gift and very meaningful to her so we knew we had to find it! We were lucky in that she marked the location where it had fallen into the water - so we knew we had a chance. When we first visited the spot I jumped in to look for the pendant - but the water was very cold and visibility under the dock was poor. We decided at that point that we needed a professional. We got lucky again when we found Jeff. He quickly reviewed the situation and thought we had a chance. The next day he brought his gear to the dock and located the pendant. Jeff for the win! Das Glück liegt (fast) auf der Straße Im Allgäu spazieren gewesen, mit Schwung den Apfelgrips (bio natürlich und regional) ins Gras am Weg geschleudert - und der locker sitzende Ehering flog leider im hohen Bogen gleich mit. Drama! Seit fast 20 Jahren mein täglicher Begleiter! Die Flugbahn hatten wir in etwa gesehen, aber der Ring war so tief ins kniehohe Gras abgetaucht, dass selbst eine mehrstündige Suche nichts brachte. Was nun? Gegooglet, was in einem solchen Fall zu tun ist, und direkt bei ringfinder.eu gelandet. Ringfinder-Erfinder Janik sagte am Telefon, den Fall übernehme er gern selbst, weil er am Wochenende eh in die Gegend wolle - und schon vor der verabredeten Zeit wartete ein gutgelaunter Ringfinder samt technischer Ausstattung auf uns. Aber dann: Wir konnten zwar das Areal gut eingrenzen… immer wieder hektisches Piepsen des Suchgeräts, jedoch fand sich alles Mögliche aus Metall, nur kein Ring. Eine ganze Stunde bei immer heißerem Wetter und in immer größeren Kreisen suchte Janik gründlich und hochmotiviert ab, man könnte sagen, er drehte jeden Stein und Halm um, stacheliges Gebüsch hin oder her. Nichts. Es schien aussichtslos, bis Janik eine plötzliche Eingebung hatte und statt im hohen Gras die niedrigen Grasbüschel direkt am Wegesrand absuchte - wir waren wenig optimistisch, denn da hätten wir den Ring doch schon längst gesehen haben müssen! Da - ein Fiepen, ein Ringfinder, der zur kleinen Spitzhacke greift und aus doch beträchtlicher Bodentiefe… meinen Ring hervorholt!!! Riesige Freude allerseits und ein supergroßes Dankeschön an Janik!!!

Nicht einmal 1/2 Tag ist vergangen von der Meldung meines Verlustes, bis zum Fund meines Verlobungsrings. Dazu kommt, dass jede Kontaktperson unglaublich nett ist und man merkt einfach wie sehr diese sich mit einem freuen. Einfach großartig. 1000 Dank

Dave from Lost Jewellery Recovery was super helpful in retrieving my fiancé's ID necklace from Lake Ainsworth, for anyone that knows it, the water in the lake looks like cola and Dave found our jewellery quickly and with a bright sense of humour and kindness. Sometimes special pieces aren’t super expensive but are very sentimental, and Dave understands this. And what a gift, we are due to marry at the lake in a couple of weeks and it’s so special to have the necklace back just in time! Pendant recovery

This truly was an unbelievable recovery. We live in AZ and the rings had been lost on the course for almost 3 weeks, there was a lot of doubt, but I had to try. I kept thinking, a year from now, if I don’t at least give it my best shot, I would still wonder, what if? I am still in shock that we found them. When I look at them, it is with joy like never before. Thank you Jeff Morgan for agreeing to help us…..a 6 hour round trip in the car, and nearly 6 hours of searching. We couldn’t have done it without you!
