Found Lost Wedding Ring Lady Martin's Beach Metal Detector Service

Michael Oliver from Lost Jewellery Recovery received 5 metal detecting service call outs for lost wedding rings from Lady Martin's Beach, Coogee Beach, Bondi Beach, Whale Beach and Bronte Beach. I got out to all 5 locations with in the hour of them being lost. All 5 rings have been found thanks to the owners putting me in the correct search areas. This lost gold wedding ring was a tricky search as the thick floating mass of sea grass made metal detecting underwater a good work out on my arm. 30 minutes into this metal detector search i've found a few lead sinkers, coins and bottle tops all common things to find when on a search for lost jewellery, now 45 minutes into the metal detecting search I get a great T.ID signal on my XP Deus ll metal Detector, as I dig the target my shovel was full of rocks and sand, as the sand drains from my shovel I see this beautiful glimmer of gold and BINGO we are on the GOLD. I rush out of the water to catch the owner before he catches his plane to Byron Bay for the next few days. I'm just in time to hand the ring back to the owner and he cannot believe his eyes and truly thought a ring lost in the ocean is gone forever, I replied NOT at all mate. Incredibly Valuable Lost Wedding Ring Found at the Beach

Michael Oliver and my son Noah from Lost Jewellery Recovery metal detecting service has received a lost ring call out from Shane and Hong who unfortunately lost his wedding ring while swimming in the shallow waters of La Perouse Beach right next to Little Congwong Beach Sydney. I was at La Perouse Beach in 30 minutes of the call out, Now I'm speaking with Shane and Hong discussing the search area before we start our metal detecting search, I explain the tide has dropped and theres a steep incline on this beach meaning a ring lost in knee deep water is most likely going to be on the wet sand now. Just to be shore we start our search in the water metal detecting across a 20 metres stretch of the beach using gridlines our search is deadly accurate and I explain to Shane and Hong DON'T WORRY, YOUR RING IS HERE and my 6 year old son NOAH will find it. 3 gridlines into the metal detecting search we find coins and trash. Noah said DADDY I think the ring is in the wet sand. Now 45 minutes into the search we are on the wet sand. 5 gridlines into the search area, Noah said we are getting close to finding Shane's ring now dad I know it. My XP Deus ll Metal Detector gets a solid T.ID reading Noah said daddy I think this is it. I said maybe Noah let's dig it buddy. Noah takes out his Quest X Pointer Max metal Detector and starts to probe the sand, his metal detecting has a rapid fire BEEPING indicating he is right on top of the target, Noah begins to dig and BINGO just 2 inches below the sand Noah pulls out Shane's Beautiful lost wedding ring. Both Shane and Hong Jump for Joy and Give NOAH a big hug, Thank you Noah and Michael. I could NOT of found this ring without my son NOAH. THANKS NOAH. Found Valuable Lost Gold Diamond Rings at Coogee Beach & Manly Beach

Michael Oliver from LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY Metal Detecting Service had just received the third metal detecting service call out that day for Coogee Beach, Bondi Beach and Manly Beach. The owner was stressed as this is NOT just a ring, it belonged to his father. He explained he lost his dad's ring while swimming in the waves at Coogee Beach Sydney and asked if there is any chance at all it can be found? I replied YES although Coogee Beach can be a rough beach to metal detect it's NOT exactly a beach that has powerful rips in general. The search is booked in and I got down to location shortly after. Now at Coogee Beach I'm speaking with the owner in person, as he explains the search area, I said mate this is right in the surf breakers and the only issue here is that I can't use any physical markers as the waves will rip them out unfortunately. DON'T worry if the ring is there I WILL FIND IT. The search area is now organised and I switch on my XP Deus ll metal detector and jump in the surf. After 3 hours of being smashed by big waves and digging plenty of trash my body is feeling the pain as I continue to be pounded by waves theres NO bloody way I'm giving up this search now!! 20 minutes later I get a great T.ID reading on my metal detector, this could be the ring. Now I face the challenge of digging the ring is rough surf, as the waves hit me they move me away from the ring, This is really frustrating as I don't know if this is the lost ring or not. 10 minutes goes by very slow and I catch a break between waves, I make my move to dig the target and BINGO we are on the GOLD. I quickly grabbed the ring slipped it on my finger before the next wave hits me. I jump out of the surf and scream out to the owner, I GOT HER MATE. He was so relieved to have his father ring back, Michael I can't thank you enough mate. This ring means the world to me and it will be passed down to my children and there's, you are most welcome mate it was great to meet you and really happy I could get your fathers ring back to you. Lost two ring on beach (Jun 29 2020)

I can’t believe it!!! I’m in total shock and in awe of the kindness we received via this forum. My husband, I & our families searched for my rings for 5 days before we reached out to the Irish metal detecting forum. We had hired a metal detector from a local hardware supplier but it was useless for finding rings as we had scanned the area where the rings were found several times. Jugins kindly offered his help & when I asked how early would suit him to meet this morning, he said 6am! So it meant my husband could meet him early and they could search together before my husband had to go to work. To our amazement the rings were pretty close to where we were sitting on beach. (I had taken them off to put sun cream on my baby & had forgotten to put them back on!!!.) Jugins went above and beyond a good deed and expressed a level of kindness that is rarely seen nowadays. He agreed to meet up promptly as I figured he knew how important/sentimental the rings were to me. Today was our last ditch attempt to find the rings before calling the insurance company but thankfully we didn’t need to! Jugins found both rings in less than 30 minutes and refused to take any money for his time and didn’t want any reward for finding the rings. He just about agreed to take some petrol money. My husband said we couldn’t have found a nicer man to help us. He is a true gentleman, what we would call “salt of the earth”. It’s rare in this day and age to find such a kind person. We would like to thank Jugins from the bottom of our hearts - it has saved us a lot of time, money & heart ache. The rings could be replaced but we know insurance companies won’t cover the full replacement value of rings and they'd also hike the premiums for many years afterward but more importantly, it’s the sentimental value that’s attached to them. These are the rings my husband put on my finger on our special day. Jugins, you are our hero today! Thank you so so so much! Found Lost Necklace after Grandmother has Passed away.

Michael Oliver from LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY Worldwide Metal Detecting Services 0434 985 992 has just received 2 metal detecting callouts for Bondi Beach and Tamarama Beach Sydney. Dylan has just lost his Grandmothers Gold necklace in the shallow waters of Tamarama Beach, while playing foot ball with his mates. Dylan explained this is NOT just any lost gold chain (my grandmother wore it when she passed away, it's MOST important to me) I explained to Dylan that gold chains can be difficult to find however my XP Deus ll metal detector will find it. Unfortunately I have to be honest where you lost your grandmothers chain is on the decline slope of the beach in the southern corner where there is a consistent powerful rip pulling sand and everything with it back into the ocean. Luckily this chain has both some thickness to her and weight which works in our favour luckily. I got down to Tamarama Beach to meet Dylan within 45 minutes of our phone call. Dylan we don't have much time mate as the tide is coming back in fast, let me know how far north and south. I'll then place my grid marker and work my magic for you. Don't Worry mate if she's here I will find her and get her back to you. I set up my XP Deus ll Metal Detector and grid line pole on the far East side in the water, the waves crashing on my legs are strong and the power of the rip is concerning me as I watch the sand get sucked back into the ocean I keep positive thoughts as I've done this 1,000 times before successfully. Just 10 minutes into the search I get a T.ID reading of the low 30's usually this is aluminium foil trash however with over 100 years of experience haha, I know for a fact GOLD chains hide in this T.ID range. As I continue to swing my metal detector over this target the T.ID does NOT change, Now I wait patiently for a break in the waves right now this target is safe BUT if I dig it and a wave hits me, I could lose it. A minute goes by here's my chance, first dig I just missed it I quickly dig again and BINGO just as I'm pulling up the shovel both Dylan and I notice part of his Grandmothers Gold chain is just hanging off the end of my scoop. I run out of the water to safety of dry sand ensuring the chain is NOT lost again. Dylan shouts out in joy THANK YOU Michael THANK YOU. You are most welcome Dylan, I can't explain how much my grandmothers chain means to me. It will be the last time I take it in the water, Dylan can I suggest you add a small pendant to the chain. It can be gold or silver the size of a 5 cent coin or bigger is better, WHY? good question, lost Gold chains are tricky to find especially at depth, if you fix a pendant to her I can find her easier and at greater metal detection depth, think of it as a security measure just in case you ever lose her again. Found Julian's Lost Wedding Ring - Freshwater Beach metal detecting service

Michael Oliver from LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY 0434 985 992 has just received 2 metal detecting service call outs on Bondi Beach and Freshwater beach Sydney. Julian had placed his gold wedding ring in his hat, so he won't lose his ring while jumping into the surf to cool off on this very hot Sunday afternoon, after Julian's quick dip he forgot his ring was in his hat then left the beach. Once Julian got home he realised he was not wearing his wedding ring and remembered he last put it in his hat on Freshwater Beach. After a quick search on Google he found LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY metal detecting service, he asked around and was also referred to by his friends to call Michael Oliver. I spoke with Julian and got down to Freshwater Beach and explained this will be a simple Metal Detecting Search, as it's classed as a towel flick. The only issue we have now is that theres many people on the beach. I turn on my XP Deus ll metal detector and start the search, I section off the parts of the beach people are not sitting on. The first hour has gone by and many of the people are very polite and asked if we need them to move? I said I'll metal detect around you first then you only need to move a few feet over. I can see the owners are losing hope, this is normal as I'm approaching the last of the search area, I asked Julian do you think your ring can be higher on the beach? they said NO. I said the ring is always in the last place I look and I know your ring is still here, I'm not giving up now as I know I'm close very now!! Over 10 years of metal detecting professionally, finding well over 1,000 rings and counting, in my experience owners get the search area's slightly wrong many times and I take this into account on every metal detecting call-out. For this reason I extended the search area 5m by 40m out side of the area Julian said he was sitting, Don't worry Julian mate your ring is here and I will find it for you mate. 20 minutes later my XP Deus ll metal detector gets a high T.ID reading of a solid 81, it could be a coin BUT I knew I had found the ring. Screaming out to Julian I said this could be your ring mate, I take out my Quest X-Pointer pro metal detector to probe the sand and BINGO we are on the GOLD!! many people watching for the past 2 hours cheered for us as Julian reached down in complete surprise to pull his wedding ring from the sand and said Michael I can't believe you found my ring! it was NOT where I thought I lost it at all. Thank you Michael for not giving up on us. Your most welcome Julian to be honest, I hate leaving a search area if I don't find what I'm looking for. I know that little bugger was here and I was NOT going home till I found your lost wedding ring!! Found Karen's $15,000 Lost Gold Rolex at Coogee Beach

Michael Oliver from LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY metal detecting service 0434 985 992 was out metal detecting on Coogee Beach, then a report of a lost gold Rolex came in. I met with the owner Karen, she provided me with the search area and told me she just lost her Rolex yesterday afternoon. I set up my XP Deus ll metal detector and started my grid search. Unfortunately the Rolex was NOT found, I asked Karen things are not always where we thought we lost them. Karen had to get back to work, I asked Karen to file a police report and let the lifeguards know her details as it could of already been found. Karen was grateful and was positive I covered the search area. I was NOT happy with my search as deep down I believed this Rolex is still here just Not where Karen thought it was, that's ok I've been doing LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERIES for over 10 years now and I know all too well owners get the search areas incorrect many times, that's OK we are just human we all make mistakes. I went back to the south end of Coogee Beach, I then extended my search down to the waters edge. Just 2 gridlines outside the initial search area my XP Deus ll metal detector gets a high conductive NON-FERROUS T.ID reading and it's surface!! Deep down I knew I had found the Rolex. Just as I move the sand away I see this beautiful shimmer of GOLD and BINGO I am on the ROLEX!! A few people came over as they watched me metal detect they said great job Michael we watched you for a while your persistent on your search, we were confident you'd find it. that's a beautiful Rolex and the owner is going to be very happy to have her Rolex back. I left the beach and gave Karen a call unfortunately Karen was busy with work and had to leave her Rolex in my possession for a few days. I then drove out to lock up to store her Rolex, 3 days later I met up with Karen she was so excited and told me the date on the back of the Rolex is when she found out she was having a baby girl. Karen said Michael this Rolex is really priceless as it's going to be a PRESENT to my daughter when she grows up. I wanted my daughter to have something special that I wore while she was growing up. This Rolex will have many memories attached to it, including Michael Oliver the Metal detectorist who saved the day. Lost Gold Claddagh ring returned in Fillmore Ventura County

In an amazing turn of events I got a call from an old friend whose wife used to take care of my kids in daycare years ago and was also their preschool teacher. They were like family to us as they were a couple of the adults who were instrumental in helping shape our kids. Tim wanted to know if I could help find Amy’s cherished Claddagh friendship ring that her best friend had given her years ago. One of her granddaughters had asked to wear it and Amy had made her promise that she would give it right back to her after she wore it for a bit. As happens often with kids, what we ask for and what we get are two different things. Instead of giving it back to grandma Amy, she decided to give it to her sister who promptly lost it in the front yard. They had been playing on the swing and when she pushed her sister on the swing the ring went flying. I got over there and like I suspected it would be in the grass and after a few minutes of searching I had the ring back. Needless to say the ring is back on Amy’s finger and both granddaughters learned a lesson! Gold Bracelet found and returned in Summerland Santa Barbara County

I got a call the week before Christmas to see if I could locate a very expensive gold bracelet that had been lost during a boutique gathering at a popular shop in Summerland. The bracelet was lost during the evening and wasn’t inventoried until the next day. Unfortunately, the grounds it was lost on are covered in loose gravel that is raked every day before the business opening. To further compound the problem, the greater Santa Barbara area had experienced 3 days of pounding rain which had caused flooding throughout the area and had turned the gravel area into a muddy gravel area. Since this was a business with hundreds of items for sale I would rely more on my pinpointer and I began the process of moving on my hands and knees slowly dragging the pinpointer in the muddy gravel. With no discrimination, I was finding every bit of metal in the ground and gravel but I finally got a strong signal and dug down into the gravel and out of the mud came this beautiful gold bracelet with diamonds. Mission accomplished! I was able to make the return to the store owner who then contacted the vendor to tell her of the good news that the gold bracelet was found and would be returned. Wattamolla Beach can have a rough shore break however I use highly sophisticated underwater metal detecting equipment that will make this lost ring an easy find. I geared up with my XP Deus ll metal detector with my Blu3 Nemo dive system and the Waydoo Subnado. Andrew explained the search area, I then jumped in ran my underwater grid line search from west to east due to the water current this is the best way to conduct the underwater metal detecting search on this beach. 15 minutes into the search I have a hand full of trash and no ring. I told Andrew noworries mate I'm getting closer to your lost ring I know it. Just over an hour search My XP Deus ll hits a T.ID reading of over 80 and surface!! I know in my heart we found that little bugger. I use my Waydoo Subnado to move the sand underwater and BINGO, just 5cm under the sand is Andrews lost wedding ring.
